Business History: Steve has been a consultant and presenter working with businesses including Microsoft, Cal Berkley, Alpine Electronics and many others in the recent past through his work with the Effectiveness Institute in Redmond, WA. In addition, over 15 years of his business experience was in sales and training including running the Key Account Sales and Training division for $275 million dollar category leader Muzak.

Giving Back has been rewarding for Steve through his involvement with and direction of music career camps for teenagers for numerous summers called Noise! The camps are put on by the Heart & Soul Foundation. It's also a source of pride that Steve wrote and performed theme songs for Heart & Soul, Make a Wish, Art with Heart and many other non-profit organizations.

Entertainment Industry: Steve has been involved in the entertainment business as a founding member of the Seattle band, The Hooters (1980-2000).
